(3500$ - $4000) Build for GAMING PC

After asking too much and looking here and there. I have these three builds

1 - https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Dragon3002/saved/vMLjGX

2 - https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Dragon3002/saved/MVfR4D
3 - https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Dragon3002/saved/xgZjGX

I'm so tired of researching. So please guys give me your thoughts which build should I go with. Is there anything should be improved in that build ? or should I just go with that build ?

Thank you 🙂

Budget (3500$ - 4000$ )

Country: KSA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, streaming, I want this build to stand my work while these apps are opened Android Studio, Photoshop, ( Unity 3D / Visual Studio), Unreal Engine and Sony Vegas. Off Course am not saying all of them it once :) LOL.

Preferably you want a 420 AIO for the 13 gen i9. The overclocking headroom for that cpu is slim to none ... hence the reason a locked i9 is your best bet.  I would run that build like this. This build gives you a psu with PCIE5 so that you can avoid using the adapter that comes with the gpu.

Looks good, but I personally would change 2 things

1 - Swap the air cooler for a beefy AIO if you plan on running alot of pressure on that 13900k, especially with OC

2 - My personal opinion, but not a fan of that case. Big, expensive and not well designed in my opinion.

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus ROG Strix B650E / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Powercolor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil/ EVGA 750W GQ / NZXT H5 Flow

Yeah you are right about the AIO I would put that in my build. However is not 13900k better than 13900 ?

The 13900K runs hot. There's a reason so many owners of that cpu undervolt it. Google some reviews on that cpu.

yeah I will change the air cooler to AIO. Since this is my first build am not sure what case I should get 😅 but I will go with @Why_Me suggestion. Also may I now which build from the three you think it worth the money ?

The HDD is a sub-optimal choice a SATA or NVMe SSD drive would be much better.

Since this is a system being used for work, presumably stability takes preference over performance. As long as one runs the CPU within Intel specs and power limits, an air tower cooler like the NH-D15 is fine for most use cases. That said, a good AIO can offer quieter operation and sometimes slightly better performance.

Which one is better ? Since am not living in the USA the shipping and tax to ship to my country it cost me the same prices

MSI GAMING X TRIO GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB Video Card

OR

Asus ROG STRIX GAMING OC GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB Video Card

Thanks again 🙂

Either one tbh.  They're pretty much identical in performance.

Sorry, guys for bothering with too much questions 😅

Nope. That case comes with 3x140mm front intake fans + 1x140mm rear exhaust fan.

FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU GUYS FOR UR HELP.

Even though the builds you guys give me under $4000 but with shipping and tax it went to $5000 and above. Anyhow, am trying to keep the price under 5k. That is why I would like to ask  you guys:-

1- Could u guys give me an alternative choices for the power supply ?

2- Is it OK for now to only use one Storage and which on Should I take out from the build :

Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

OR

Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 4 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

Thank you 😊 again

A 2TB drive is enough initially. It's easy enough to add more NVMe storage as it becomes less expensive. I'd also suggest saving a bit on the drive.

A 1000W PSU is more than sufficient.

Go with better storage and better case. New case won't come with RGB fans, so if you want that I added a separate 3-pack. You'll definitely want the airflow variant of the Corsair cases though. A full tower can be huge btw, so that's why I went with a mid tower instead.
