Their website mentions NVMe 1.4 Technology Standard.
In any case, the NVMe 2.0 spec is backwards compatible with previous generations. Similary, PCIe 4.0 is backwards compatible with PCIe 3.0, so you can use a PCIe 4.0 NVMe in a 3.0 board (and vice versa)
