Thoughts on my list for my friends first gaming PC?

Budget (including currency): $1500

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rocket League, Sea of Thieves

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am very inexperienced with AMD systems, help is very much welcome.

the power supply seems kinda sketchy

also why spend 115 dollars on a windows license when you can get it for 5-10?

and why a micro atx board with an atx case? i mean it works but whats your reasoning behind it

What? Super Flower is one of the best, if not THE best PSU manufacturer.  What are you talking about.

Super Flower manufactures the high end EVGA psu's. Nothing sketchy about them.

Want to mention if you want a white build, the mobo like arsock pro4 / steel legend matches more

And you cant see the psu anyway, no point in white for psu
