certainly not finished yet. But how do you like the design? if I have to I'd rather remake it now than before I finished it.

Does the content make sense?

The website is nice. I would recommend unifying the fonts and font sizes across the website.

You can optimize the images to fit their display size.

Make use of same font and size across all the pages.

Align photos to the left and text to the right.

Same length and breadth across all pages.

I'd recommend getting a host and building a website using Wordpress (it's rather good and easy to use these days), and after mastering that, possibly trying to learn Joomla or Drupal.
