Hi. In my opinion you have way to powerfull PSU. See your CPU will consume about 65w. Your GPU (107w max workout) is not as powerhungry as are their big brothers gpus. Maybe you want to be future proof - the it is ok.  But you could go with 600w+Gold and even then it is with great safezone.

MoBo - Asus rog strix x570-e

CPU - AMD 5600x,

GPU - Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC, 12GB, 384-bus

RAM Kingston Hyperx 2400Mhz(2x16Gb),

PSU 1000w Seasonic Prime 80+ gold.

Crucial SSD may save you a little as they've had good buys lately. Corsair cases can be real hit or miss on their claimed airflow so I would check a review on that one, but you can definitely get a great case for less.

Corsair PSU I've had very good luck with and actually do recommend going overboard on. By that I mean gold and that high of watts is likely much more than needed but that leaves room for loss from age or more power for later upgrades. Plus if it's not running near full load it will be quieter with some even having a fanless mode for lower power use.

But yea overall may want rethink case and use that cost difference to bump up to a 6700xt which will be a world of difference in performance. 4gb card in this day is a bit rough.
