We understood that part. I think what @manikyath is trying to ask you, is if you are telling us you have a 450watt PSU in your system. Is that what you mean?

That 9700 is going to bottleneck any 40 series card. And that PSU is too weak for any 40 series card

This is the answer and why i wont move from the 3080 fe until i leave my 9900k. When I build a new system it will have 50 series card, the latest gen ryzen or intel, ddr5, gen 5 m.2, and a 1500w psu for good measure.
