get a 6950xt for 600 bucks instead, or 6800xt

There are 4 included 140mil fans included with the lancool iii and should be more than enough to cool a 7900 xt and the 7800X3D

what if got a 6750xt instead? I was looking at the prices and it would lower the cost by a lot and from what i'm seeing the 6750xt is pretty good.

A $1950 budget and you're looking at older generation cards, 750w psu and a 6 core cpu just to stay in within your budget. Those are red flags right there. $450 in case, case fans and cpu cooler for that budget is nuts.  You don't have a gaming build, you have what's called an enthusiast build. It's for people who spend more time looking at the pretty lights on their case than they do looking at their monitor. Your build is outdated before you even purchase it.
