Overclock/Timing Settings for RAM

Hey there. Total newbie here to overclocking. I recently won a RAM kit through a giveaway (V-Color Skywalker Plus 64GB (32x2) 4400MHz 19-26-26-46) and want to put it into my PC. My current mobo (MSI MS-7B86 "B450 Gaming Plus") only supports OC up to 3466MHz. I was curious if any more experienced overclockers could give some recommendations on timing settings (outside of just clicking XMP) for my mobo? Would 3200 at a certain timing setting be better than maxing out to 3466? As you can tell, this will be a massive upgrade from what I had, but a bit overkill for the rest of my system. Haha. (Plans to upgrade mobo and CPU in the future) but for now would like the best performance I can get out of this new RAM. Any thoughts?

Full PC Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3600X

RAM: V-Color 64GB (32x2) @ 4400MHz (previously 16GB (8x2) @ 2666MHz)

Mobo: MSI B450 Gaming Plus (MS-7B86)

OS SSD: WD_Black SN850 500GB (+ other storage SSDs)

GPU: GTX1650 Super

PSU: 450W

Oh the reason why is because by default, it's just setting it to 2666, but there's obviously room for more there on this mobo.

No, you want your memory clock as close to maxed out FCLK as you can get unless to do so would weaken the timings dramatically (I'm talking 3600 CL16 vs. 3733 CL24, not 3600 CL16 vs. 3733 CL18). Ryzen 3000 series chip max out the FCLK somewhere between 1800MHz and 1900MHz, so you want to aim for your memory frequency to be somewhere between 3600 and 3800 depending on your CPU's quality. The B450 Gaming Plus should be capable of that frequency with Ryzen 3000, though still attempt, and otherwise 3466 would be capable otherwise.

As for the timings you can run, that memory bin is usually Hynix DJR, which is also commonly found in 3600 CL16-19-19-39 bins. If you don't want to think about manually entering timings, enter 16-19-19-39 for tCL, tRCD, tRP, and tRAS respectively.
