Posted May 28, 2023 (edited) Hi. I have always a ugreen usb dac dongle (This) to convert my 2 jack inputs to a usb a input. My previous setup was a modmic + seinheiser 598SE. I just picked up the P38x. Music/sound comes out fine but my mic seems to be messed up. I have not changed anything in my windows settings. I only see any sound detected in my mic when I shout or get it very close and even then its all muffled up. I have tried connecting the headphones directly into my PC's motherboard and it works fine. Whats the issue? I have tried unplugging the cable from the headphone in and out several times and no luck.
