Help with my build/rig i'm making

Hi folks,

Ok this is the story,

I have a PC right know,

i have the new PC already build, waiting to be used, but when i changed the HDD i have right know to the other PC, it didn't started windows, went for a Startup Repair something like that, it said that i changed hardware and maybe that's the problem, and i think thats the problem, my bro says, he is a engineer in software, that maybe the HDD has the drivers of the motherboard of this PC, and when i put it in the new, it can't enter cuz has other drivers, we tried in safe mode, and same problem, the solution right know we have is, or formatting this HDD, or buy another to be that the windows HDD, and start again at 0 with that HDD, so, ppl what do you think, what other solution can it be?, if you dont undestand something just ask, thanks for helping me, and for reading if you read.

Yeah, you can't just take a HDD out of your computer and put it in another and make it work. Drives and everything else will cause it not to boot.

Well there are 2 solutions:

#1: reinstall windows.

#2 (much harder than the first) put your HDD back in the old PC and uninstall the drivers.
