I built my PC entirely around the idea of shoving as much hardware as I could (within budget) into the smallest box I could while staying as close to inaudible under load as possible. Your PC doesn’t need to sound like it’s preparing for liftoff under load, mine is functionally silent while getting its ass blown out because the fan curve maxes out at 650RPM with an idle of 450-500RPM, even though nothing is at stock clocks. My 2080 is overclocked yet slightly undervolted, as is my 12600KF.

 

Do tell how I never use it for anything intensive though just because it’s extremely quiet though.

did a quick test, 

max fan speed(3k for T30s, 2k(ish) for P12's, 2k for 12x25, 2k for D30s) 

vs

cannot hear them at all

4c difference (cine r23  40k points)

What happens when you heat soak your loop? Have you tried?
