If you are just gaming, not really.  Windows 11 has an advantage with Intel's Ecores on the 12th and 13th gen CPUs.

Is it worth it to upgrade to windows 11?

Is there any reason to upgrade??

Not really a reason unless you want the newest. I did it on my new build I just finished and I'm enjoying it. Always remember to bypass and not connect to internet during installation till you hit desktop. Nobody wants Microsoft spyware. I feel it's a bit "snapper" than windows 10, but that could be cause of my new hardware.

In my opinion it comes down to the features Windows 11 offers on if its worth it. My friend indicated he likes the File Explorer's tabbed browsing.

I personally wont be upgrading any time soon due to the fact I have to reformat and reinstall due to TPM not being enabled, my Windows drive is still MBR I believe and a few other things.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

The only way you'll find out if there is a problem with your hardware / software or user experience is to do it.  If you can, get a second boot-drive, set it up and see what you think.  However, of course finally, you will have to go to 11 eventually.  Better done at your convenience rather than a hurry.

I believe Windows 11 is also more of a RAM hog, so if you don't have a lot of that maybe postpone updating for now. I know 4GB is the minimum requirement, but I believe in real world usage it can get cramped real quick, especially if you're using the computer for heavy loads. In my opinion it's best to have at least 8GB for this new OS.

Been running a clean install of W11 for a week now, can't say there are some super major issues with it but it has a lot of small nagging bugs, and in my experience it does not offer anything significantly better over W10.

  • First off, I spent around 4 hours trying to install it. First, I flashed a USB drive using MS media creation tool, the installation started normally but failed at 14%, after which my current W10 install was no longer booting. Re-flashed the same drive - no change. Flashed a second drive using the same tool again - installation immediately threw a BSOD at me. Only after I flashed the third drive using Rufus it finally installed;
  • My internal SATA drives are recognized as removable for some reason, had to do some regedit jank to fix it;
  • The calendar popup in the taskbar no longer shows the events, just the plain calendar;
  • DS4Windows in Witcher 3 is not working properly for some reason;
  • I cannot install the cumulative update suggested by the update service, tried every troubleshooting step safe for re-installing W11 using an ISO;

The only positive so far is that I think the UI is kinda cleaner and more unified compared to W10, and I like the new explorer app. Gaming wise no major changes that I have noticed.
