What are the temps? Considering the age, most likely horrible. But they are kinda imp0rtant to troubleshoot this dino.

So the issue is ssd?

no.. that just makes it slow.. and if the ssd starts fragmenting and files are corrupted it will boot. but more likely overheating

have you ever cleaned it with a dustblower or similar?  dust builds up inside your laptop, and at some stage it won't be able to cool as good as it used to.

it's how SSD's are designed, when a sector fails it is replaced.. until it's out of spare memory .. basicaly.. that can cause corrupted files.

that is also why SSD's have a lifetime %..

I would say based on your next topic the problem appears to make a bit more sense.

Do yourself a favor, full clean your system of dust and dirt. Then wipe your drive. Start over.

FYI it's likely you cooked your processor, laptops are not designed for running at such high temps for long periods of time. Laptops in general have a shorter lifespan than desktops. After subjecting your device to that abuse your going to see it perform less than you like moving forward.
