i agree with what @tkitchand @whispous said about the driver but should windows not come with a basic driver to counter issues like this??

nope, a whole bunch of NICs don't have any way to work in windows until you install the proper driver.

get another computer and a flash drive. Download drivers on that computer, place them in flash drive, place flash drive in new computer.

That, or just plug it in and hope that microsoft installs them automagically

You really didn't need to make a new thread, as the answer was already provided to you in the other one. Find another computer, download the installer for drivers you need from the motherboard manufacturer's website to a USB drive, plug it into your computer, install.

You sure its a realtek network adapter on that board? Because the manufacturer seems to think it's intel.

I just dont knkw anymore my mind is already frustrated enough. So basically. The Ethernet itself from the router is realtek, i go on their website (realteks webs) and downloaded the "Win10 auto installation program (NDIS)" to the flashdrive, now i went to the motheboard's website and i just see (thats network related) "On-Board LAN(intel)" (the mobo is b560mx e pro) now i dont know if i did already download the driver from the website or not. My mind is so frustrated that i just get mad from just sitting down lol.
