That's a fair bit better if you really want a 13700K. The cooler is a bit higher performance, the RAM is a bit faster, the storage config is twice the capacity for not that much more, and the GPU is significantly faster. Just make sure to get the Windows key from a reseller rather than trying to spend $100 on it. Realistically though, you could (and should) rebalance the system to something much better if you drop the CPU down to something a bit more practical, you won't notice in most games and would much appreciate the stronger GPU instead.
