Computer booting but won't let me install windows. Let me explain

PhoenixSHope

So recently I decided to do something stupid and wanted to dual boot my windows 11 install with windows 10. But then I formatted my main drive..... A really bad misclick.

Main

I tried reinstalling windows 10 from a USB. No luck. Kept giving me a error saying it couldn't create a new partition.

I thought okay maybe my SSD is messed up so I went and got a cheap one and put it my system. Hoping that would fix it (it didn't) now I'm wayward. Please help y'all.

Check your Boot settings in BIOS. When you accidentally wiped your main drive the motherboard might have reverted back to Legacy settings because it no longer sensed your GPT main drive. You might be able to change it back to just UEFI or UEFI + Legacy to fix it.
