No monitor signal after booting and fans speeds go crazy

OrirockFarmer

So, recently my PC has been giving issues and I'm still trying to figure out what the cause is.

The MSI booting screen goes on once switched on, but shortly afterward it says that there is no signal and my PC fan speeds increase. Sometimes it'll turn on and boot fine, but will happen again a while after gaming.

I've removed the GPU a few times, cleaned it down as well as replaced the thermal paste in case that was the cause. However, there'd be a few times with the testing where the CPU heatsink fans don't rotate, as well as others where my motherboard's EZ debug LED would show that there's a CPU issue. I'm currently running my PC without my graphics card and it hasn't given the same issue yet, but I still haven't found a solution as to what it may be as I've read things online ranging from it being a PSU, to GPU thermal issue. I've also had this setup since 2016.

Any help and guidance on this would be appreciated.
