Black screen, now PC won't POST

Hi all, so I recently upgraded my system and things have been going beautifully for about 2 weeks now. Last night I was playing some Destiny 2 when the screen froze for about half a second. Then the screen when black and all of my peripherals turned off. The fans in the PC kept running as well as the LEDs I have stayed on. I hard shut off the PC and turned it back on, but the POST hanged on the CPU light. I can't get the PC to POST now, it hangs on either the CPU light or DRAM light seemingly at random. I tried clearing the CMOS, reseating the RAM, and reseating the CPU but to no avail. Full system specs are below. Please help.

 

Edit: forgot to mention that I also made sure that the motherboard was screwed in all the way, and that all the power cables are plugged in good.
