Whats your speed here?
https://fast.com/

(Netflix hosted speedtest)

Also try another browser. (Even tho im a FF user) I can say Firefox isnt the most compatible browser unfortunatly.
Or just try and delete your cache from the browser.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Have you tried the Netflix App in the windows store?

(Yes I hate to suggest it, but it's a good troubleshooting step.)
