I was originally going for a be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4. But everybody I asked said that I should get a Deep cool Ak400 or AG400 because it is basically the same but cheaper. I want sure if one fan was enough so I looked into the Deepcool line and found this one with tow fans. Seemed like a good middle way.

I would consider the Thermalright PA120, or even the new PS120. Its basically a PA120 with a seventh pipe.  Should be on Amazon for about 40 bucks.

The title is self explanatory what is the best choice out of the three for my new build? I plan on building this PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X.
Is the AK 400 enough or do I need to step up to the AK 400 Zero Dark?

The AK 400 and AK 400 Zero Dark are the same cooler. Just one is black.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I am pretty biased though, I have had good experiences with them. Much the same as someone using Noctua, or other brands.
