DIY Simultaneous power and USB otg adaptor?

Ive got a old android phone that im

going to use for octoprint, and I have a usb otg adaptor for it

since I don’t have a simultaneous charge and otg adaptor, is there a way I can make my own? ive got access to a soldering iron, some basic resistors and capacitors, and sore usb charge cables to do this if I can

I could use some help with this!
