I am looking to buy a cpu cooler because the stock one on my 5600 just can not cool it at all.

Currently looking at 2 coolers:

Arctic freezer 34 esports duo

or this xilence cooler,

https://www.xilence.net/en/power-supplies/223

If you guys have any other suggestions feel free to tell them or if I should go for one of these.

These 2 are the same price about 65€ in my country. Thank you all in advance.

Both will be good, but first one is overpriced, second is overkill (designed for 250W TDP, you will hardly reach 100W)

Where do you live ? For a 5600 a $30ish cooler will be fine

AMD R9  7950X3D CPU/ Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E board/ 2x32GB G-Skill Trident Z Neo 6000CL30 RAM ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB cooler/  2TB WD SN850 NVme + 2TB Crucial T500  NVme  + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD / Corsair RM850x PSU/ Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / ASUS ROG AZOTH keyboard/ Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Honestly my stock cooler is regulary hiting 91C because the case is airflow restricted and I do not plan to upgrade it because cases are insane in my country, they are almost double in price. So I just want a cooler that I do not have to worry about.

Ok

You could just drill holes in your case then 🙂

Be Quiets Pure Rock 2 is a good one at a good price point and often on sale. Xilence im not very familiar with so id have to go by published data, which you can do yourself. Its got aa full contact block to mount to the cpu instead of having the heatpipes directly touch. IMO,if i can have them directly touch, Id rather. The arctic freezer pro is a good unit though, another direct touch heat pipe setup like the pure rock, which usually works very well if done correctly, which those 2 are. If you have to pick between the two you listed id go with the Arctic Freezer.

What case and ram are you using?

Are you running stock settings? Have you considered undervolting?

Crucial balistix 16gb cl16 ddr4 3200mhz(OC from 3000). I did not try undervolting because I have never done it before and I doubt it would help because my cpu is consistently hiting 91C in cpu intensive games with my side panel removed on case. This is the case https://www.ekupi.hr/hr/Jednokratno-plaćanje/MS-AQUARIUS-PRO-gaming-kućište/p/EK000251294. Room temp is 21C.
