will this psu Corsair SF Series, SF750, 750 Watt, SFX, 80+ Platinum Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply work on msi mag z590 board or can sone one point me to one that will on amazon .ca it has to have 2 cpu power that fit in this ports

You only need to power 1 of them with an 8 pin. The extra is for extremely overclocking power. This 8 pin supports 300w to the CPU. I highly doubt you will run that 🙂  1x8pin ATX12V is enough.
1x8pin ran fine for my overclocked 9900k and now my AM5 7700x. Even though I had extra 4 pin and extra 8 pin on these boards.

for sure i only need one i have an 11th gen i5 and a gtx 1650 gpu i need to make sure i need only one of the power plugs i have had a set of bad luck

Yes, but the Corsair SF is an SFX power supply designed for small form factor cases. It has shorter cables thana normal power supply, if you're using it in a ATX case the cables likely won't reach where they need to go. 

Platinum is the 80+ efficiency rating.
