motherboard choice

Im starting a second computer build and ive already got an AMD FX 4130 Black Edition. Im currently looking for a motherboard and ive come across two im interested in but not sure if I can actually use them. The first is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2. The second im looking at is a Biostar A960D+. All I really need to know at this point is if I can use either one of those and if I can use both, which would be the better option. Im still kinda new to it all so im trying to do some research first. After I know what MB im going to use I will then move on to decide what other things im going to use on the build.

Use the first one. Biostar is quite generic and I won't be surprised if it dies on you anytime soon. Gigabyte is well-known and one of the best motherboard manufacturers same with Asus and MSI. ASRock is okay too.

That's kind of what im leaning towards but im questioning if it can handle the wattage of the CPU.

is the gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p within budget? its a much better mobo and will allow you to upgrade to fx-83xx in the future if you may want to...

I would prefer using the gigabyte ga-78lmt -s2 if i can. I have a very small budget as it is and i can get them cheap
