Im not sure if this is just me but when im using my facebook and im trying to talk to them, the chat is like under the task bar. This is only in chrome is anyone else having this problem and if you are can you PLEASE tell me the solution.

Does the problem occur when the window is locked to full screen and resizeable? or just one of them?
