So i've looked everywhere and have gotten all sorts of different answers as far as what is best for cooling and dust control. What is the optimal setup for airflow as far as intake/exhaust.   Currently I've got 2 intake on the front, 2 intake on the top for my H110 AIO, and 1 exhaust out the back.   Corsair Air 540 is my case for what it matters

Positive pressure (more fans in than out) is optimal for keeping dust out, but pressure by itself doesn't really affect temperatures. You need to optimise the path the air takes across the components. Try to construct a wind tunnel with your GPU and CPU (if it's air cooled) in the middle. Obviously the top of the case should be exhaust since the warm air will rise naturally anyway.

Hot air rises and you want slight positive pressure inside the case (more intake than exhaust). Anything past that is optional or personal preference.

Your H110 should be pushing out as exhaust. Radiators should be push, or push+pull, and moving that air out of the case. There are exceptions because not all builds are the same, but that is the way your case is designed as well. Pull in from the front, push out the top and back.

Some simple things :)

Intake: Front, bottom, side. Exception for 120mm single rads, top intake to cool chipset. This is highly depending on case and other airflow things.

Exhaust: Top, rear. If CPU with stock cooler also side exhaust if fan spot is over CPU.

Positive air pressure = more intake fans/airflow than exhaust = less dust.

All intake fans need dust filters. No exceptions.
