I'm planning on a new build. With Fx 8320 cpu. If want it under 120 bucks, preferably ATX, but micro may work, going on corsair Graphite series 760T

The Asus M5A99FX pretty much has everything you will ever need.
If you're looking for something more premium with more internal fan headers, longer warranty and more rugged aesthetics the Sabertooth is absolutely fantastic.
I don't recommend the Gigabyte 990FX UD3 due to the VRMs overheating even on the latest 4.0 revision.
MSI's GD80 has a really nerfed BIOS that caps your voltages. Not many reviews have come out for the new Asrock 990FX Killer so I can't vouch for it or speak against it.

Go for Rev 4

I believe it was Rev 3 that had the voltage issue with overclocking

(Rev 4 should come default if you buy it new)

i got the UD3 rev 4.0 and its just fine. nothing wrong with it. all the features that you will never use etc.
