Black screen after post, grub working

Hey everyone, I just built a new pc.

When it's turned on, it gives a single beep, also gives the splash screen but then the screen just turns black. If I hold f2 or del to go to the bios it also just gives a black screen. If I hold f8 it gives me the "Please select boot device:" screen, where only the "Enter Setup" option exists, choosing that will also result in a black screen.

If I plug in a usb stick with a linux install iso on it, and boot from that it will give me a fully working grub menu but upon choosing something it will kernel panic. (Pic attached)

I have 4 drives connected to it, 1 nvme ssd, 2 sata ssds (one has windows installed, the other has linux installed on it) and 1 hdd.

Specs:

Asus B650-Plus motherboard

Ryzen 7 7700 cpu

Radeon 6800 gpu

Corsair RM850x psu (850W)

Be quiet dark rock pro 4 cooler (not sure if this is of any use for debugging this?)

Because of the black screens but f8 working, I don't really know what to do.

Did you move a previous Windows install drive over to this one? Why is it on the SATA drive (not a big deal if it is, just curious).

Are all drives showing in BIOS?  Some boards turn off SATA drives when NVMe installed, check that as well.

I don't know shit ab out Linux, sorry.

I wasn't able to boot into anything past grub. This is a completely fresh build.

It's on a sata drive, because my old computer didn't have any nvmes, so I installed both oses to the sata drives. The nvme that's in the current build is the one I ordered the other week for the new build.

I can't get to bios, because it gives me a black screen. However in the boot menu, none of the drives show up. (Only the usb if it's plugged in)

It's alright thanks for responding anyway! 🙂
