Intel Retail Edge Summer Deal 2014

It's here yet again folks, the Intel Retail Edge Summer Deal is going live in just a little under two weeks time on May 14th. Currently there are two processor deals available - the 4770K & the 4930K. Shame that they're not offering the 4790 however they most likely decided to go with the 4770K to clear out excess stock and most people would only be interested in the 4790K which isnt due for launch until sometime this June. Anyways if you work for a participating retailer hurry up because these are going to sell out fast! Link to website - https://retailedge.intel.com/

 

Update: For those of you unsure of how this works you need to work for participating retailers and you can get verified by a simple email to your work email address. As far as the Producer, Rockstar, Rock Legend status' go that is how you "level up" for completing really simple and easy quizes about tech which earn you chips once you reach a certain amount of chips/ completed quizes you get producer status, rockstar and so on.

holy shit, 4930k for as low as 150 and the 4770k for 70? i'm crapping myself, this is fucking ridiculous

This is bs this just makes me wonder how much it actually costs to make a 4930k if they can sell it for $150 and not lose money wtf this is actual robbery!

Our Intel retail is getting there, but still not there yet.

If you get enough points you can get a SSD or 3DSXL, but still I wish we had the same deal as the US site.

God this is the only reason i miss my old retail job, i want these deals so badly. I got a 2700k for 100 bucks and a 3930k for 170 when they came out a few years ago.
