Help me find ultra small AMD motherboard and CPU (APU)

Hey all. 

I'm searching for small motherboard and CPU combo to make it fit in sleeper build . Preferably Ryzen 7 4800U or better. 

Like the ones used in GPD and AYA hand helds. It can be have SODIMM or soldered RAM units. 

The max dimention for the build is 

(	242 mm × 228 mm × 32 mm (9.5 in × 9.0 in × 1.3 in)

 

I have been searching for this for while. I thought i can use used laptop motherboard for the build but in order to use that i would need to work around the EOM connectors. for example: like EOM dell towers, it makes annoying sound if the HDD temp connector is disconnected.

looks like Your dimentions can fit a mini itx motherboard so you can buy one and install a cpu your self Height might be a problem for cpu cooler but noctua have some tiny coolers that will prob fit. Okay, if you wouldn't mind sending me a model name of the case you want to throw it in.  As Goklu just said, noctua has some fantastic tiny coolers that might work, you might also need to use small server style fans that are lined up on the ends of the heat sync rather than the top depending on the exact height.  Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 would be a suggested cooler with possible NF-A4x10 FLX fans on the edges rather than the top for height.  
As far as the apu itself goes I am not really sure because I don't know your workload.  Include some of the games that you would like to play or whatever you would like to do with your system.  
Motherboard will fully depend on case and cpu.

if you need anything smaller than mini ITX, your best bet is buying a mini pc of sorts, and pulling the contents of that out.

 

bare motherboards of any acceptable power level seem to have become complete unobtainium lately.
