Vanguard erorr

I wanted to install an play Valorant, but Vanguard trows me the error 9003, now I had enabled secure boot form bios, but for some reason it still refuses to work.

 

I use Windows 11 with a dual boot with Fedora on a Asus FX505DT laptop, bios version 316. I went into the secure tab enable secure boot and reset the key management with factory values, as PK is required for secure boot to work. My only idea left is if Fedora is somehow creating problems with Vanguard and the Secure boot. Any ideas?

 

Edit: I've also enabled secure boot on Fedora, yet vanguard still doesn't want to work.
