Microsoft suggest running two commands in order:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow

It's not that unusual for the sfc /scannow step to find errors. I've even seen it give errors after a fresh offline install. Re-running after fix should not show any more errors.

So if you look at the photo is said it fixed it but after that it said if i could or would like to fix it manually or something?

Is it fix or do i still have to do something?

Also run the following commands.

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

If errors are detected, then repair with the next command.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
