Chromium explorers lags when dragging to 2nd monitor

Hello, I have problem with Google Chrome (microsoft edge also shows it) when i'm dragging chrome to the 2nd monitor it lags very much but when i add parameters to .exe such as " --ignore-gpu-blacklist --disable-direct-composition" it doesn't lag anymore next temporary fix is to disable hardware acceleration but that gives me bad performance on 4k60fps+ videos. The issue is with me for around 6 months. I'm running windows 11 beta(on stable version problem is still there) I'm out of ideas why that happend and why it's still with me after that long. If you guys know any permament fix to make it work normal without these commands please tell.

I tried:
- reinstalling chrome
- windows update
- update chrome
- format pc (cloud dowload and iso on usb stick)
- update every driver
- Disable animation

- Adjusting windows to best performance

My setup:
AMD Radeon 6800xt
Ryzen 5900x
16 GB Ram 4400MHz CL19
Monitor 1: WQHD 75hz
Monitor 2: WQHD 144hz
Monitor 3: 4k 60hz

Video that I recorded showing the issue:

Finally, after more than 6 months. AMD released new driver 23.2.1 which fixed the issue. Thanks guys for help.
