GTX 1080 TI no display problem

I have GTX 1080 TI Colorful Vulkan AD

For several day i have problem with no display, especially after shutdown... And if i turn it on again, there no display, even when turn on there no fan spin (Normally fan spinning when turn on then stop)

When this happens, I'm reballing my gpu, then plug in into my pc and turn it on... Tested with gaming, benchmark there no problem like artifact or force shut down or anything else... But when I'm shut down, and try to turn it on again, my pc will no display with GPU problem beep code and i must reballing it again to make it normal for a moment.. Any solutions?

My spec :

i5 12400

RAM 16GB

PSU MSI A650BN 650w Bronze 80+

I believe he means baking the GPU, not actual reballing.

It's done. Either a real reballing or trashcan. Trashcan't.
