Best AIO cooler for 13900K/13900KS

I am looking for a cooler for 13900K/13900KS and was wondering the ABSOLUTE BEST I want Lowest temps, don’t care about price, size, etc. I just want the lowest temps possible no compromises

Technically speaking if you want the absolute best you'd be going for a custom loop, EKWB does sell a full kit that you can buy, so going for that would be an option. 

 

Otherwise, if you don't want the hassle of maintenence, the EK BASIC AIO or the Arctic Liquid Freezer II trade blows for the best. Just get them in the biggest size that will fit, IIRC they're both available in 360mm and 420mm variants.

If you want ABSOLUTELY the BEST for such a power hungry CPU, then go custom loop water cooling.

Otherwise, 360mm minimum, 420mm recommended.
