Best Non-Reference Graphics Card Cooler?

I tried finding some posts about this, but I can't find it. Sorry if this had been posted already.

What is the best non-reference GFX cooler in your opinion?

ASUS Direct CU II, MSI TwinFrozr, EVGA ACX, GIGABYTE Windforce, Galaxy HOF,XFX Double Dissipation, PowerColor PCS+,  Club 3D RoyalKing, Sapphire Dual/Tri/Vapor-X, ZOTAC AMP!.

Or any other ones? Tell me! 

I prefer ASUS Direct CU II for single card configurations, GIGABYTE Windforce or multi card setups.

asus cools the most, like 2-4 c lower i think  MSI has the most quiet one, EVGA has a very good allround cooler

There isn't really a best, each and every case is different so will the airflow and the results of the cooling be.

There's so little difference between them that I just go for my favourite looking one. So EVGA's ACX.

Top tier: MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte, palit(their super jetstream is bloody amazing)

 

Medium tier: Sapphire(toxic is top tier), galaxy, gainwood

 

Low tier: Asus(this is explained, the cooler is nice, the company lets it down), XFX, club 3d, leadtek, zotac, powercolor(devil cards are a lot better then their standard stuff), pny

 

Now asus, they get taken off this list because their cards sag like crazy, its not healthy for the board. They there customer service is pathetic, id rather get a card which performs about the same but has better customer service

wrong, gigabyte and asus are neck on neck, the palit superjetstream beats the asus cooler sometimes

Low end: ASUS DCUII, Gigabyte Windforce, MSI twin Frozr, PowerColor TurboDuo, Zotac, Palit, XFX, Sapphire TriX, EVGA SuperClocked
