a few questions concerning running more than one gpu

just got an rx 6650 xt from power color and I am very excited! I do however have a few questions that I am hoping you wonderful people of linus tech tips dot com can help me with.

 

1. which one do I plug my dp cable into?

2. for my second gpu, I have a WX pro 3100. will I be able to run it with my new one?

3. is there a specific order I should put them in with the pcie slots (eg. most powerful on top, most powerful on the bottom)

4. are there any specific settings in games I would need to enable?
