Issues with most of my games crashing randomly (more demanding games, usually. Older/Less graphically intense games run fine)

I've had issues with my games randomly crashing for at least a month now and it's gotten extremely annoying. I bought a brand new psu because I thought my graphics card might not have been getting enough power, but after installing, I almost immediately had the issue again. I don't have any idea what's causing it at this point, and I've tried searching online and have found squat. Any help would be very much appreciated.
The games I play are mostly fps like OW2, Borderlands 1-3, Destiny 2, etc, as well as some rogue likes like diablo 3, torchlight infinite, etc. No idea what would cause this to happen, as I built this PC brand new not two months ago
