PowerColor PCS+

Reasons:

1. Metal shroud (not plastic like the ugly orange Sapphire cooler)

2. 2.5 slot heatsink (Better cooling potential)

3. 1 foot long (better cooling potential)

4. three fans (better cooling potential)

5. VERY quiet (my power supply is 99% of the time louder)

6. Mine always stays below 70C when gaming (your mileage may vary)

7. Mine personally, and other people on overclockers.co.uk are getting VERY good overclocks with this

8. High clocks out of the box (1040 MHz core / 1350MHz memory)

Why it's better than it's closest competitor: (Sapphire Tri-X)

1. Metal shroud (Not plastic like Sapphire)

2. Black, will fit any color scheme (Not like Sapphire's orange stuff, ew)

3. HIgher clocks (40 more stock MHz core, not sure about memory)

4. Cooler results

5. Arguably better build quality

6. Quieter by a long shot

I hear that MSI and ASUS are the best (Keep in mind that there aren't really any power-colors or sapphires in the states, so I don't really know about them).

are you kidding? Orange is cool but Sapphire's version of orange looks like they smeared it with boogers.

I know I can order them online, but they're not in any stores that I've seen, and nobody around me talks about them too much. Why is that?

Because most people don't know that they exist. To get attention they need to make really good products. Unknown company + very good design = a sweet sweet love child.
