I9 13900k Crash with no BSOD

So the issue that I'm having is that my new pc crashes without a BSOD, its like someone hit the restart switch and it just reboots.

CPU : i9 13900k

GPU: 4090 Founders Edition

Motherboard: Z790-P wifi ddr4

Storage: 10tb wd black/ samsung 980 pro 2tb

PSU: corsair HX1200

RAM: CORSAIR vengeance 4x16gb

Cpu cooler: corsair h100i

Fans: 3 nactua fans, 2 corsair fans (came with cooler) and the fan that came with the case

Os: win 10 home x64

Bios: on latest version

Things that have been tried:

-reseating gpu

-reseating ram

-check cables are all snug

-powered down and on a few times

-checked for all updates

-removed epic launcher completely and reinstalled

Desc of issue,

While playing fortnite the pc screen with either go black or freeze and either the game crashes or the pc restarts. More often then not the game crashes. With lower game setting the pc will last a bit longer but I have not been able to make it through one match on it. Not once has it BSOD so no error code to search for.

Currently installing a few other games to test if it's just fortnite/epic launcher or if it's any game that causes it.

Attached a couple short clips of what happens when it decides its time to crash.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks In advance

I would recommend checking either if your cpu is correctly seated or if the power in your room is at fault, try using a different socket.

do this if cpu is overheated, otherwise waste of effort. you might screw up even more.

Do you recall which error was on the BSOD?

Try completely wiping nvidia drivers using DDU (if you haven't already), and install the newest update again.
