Hi! Will this work as quad channel?

To get quad channel you'd need four pairs of RAM sticks, this configuration only has three pairs. What motherboard and CPU is this?

In that configuration, it would seem that you get quad channel performance for 4/6 of the memory and dual channel performance for the remaining 2/6 of memory.
