ASUS is making things complicated. Technically this board is between an ATX and EATX. An ATX maximum width is 9.6 inches, and EATX width can go up to 13 inches. ASUS says your board is 10.7 inches wide, so technically it falls under EATX territory since it larger than standard ATX. With that being said, your options in the Define 7 line up are reduced to the standard and the XL versions only. The other variants do not support any thing larger than 9.6 inches (ATX) motherboards.
Sorry for the confusion from my original post. The Define 7 Compact, Nano, and Mini are not compatible with your board.
