First time building a PC, need help

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1080p gaming, photoshopping, video editing/rendering and programming.

 

Hello there. I want to replace my 15 year old LGA 775 PC to modern one. I have limited budget.

 

The system i'm building:

CPU: Intel Core i3-12100F

MB: MSI Pro H610M-G

Memory: Kingston FURY Beast 8GB*2 DDR4 3200MHz

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 10GB GDDR6

SSD: Hi-Level GMR3500HS 500GB

PSU: Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze

Case: Aerocool Zauron Saturn

 

Is this system compatible? Would CPU bottleneck GPU?

There might be a slight CPU bottelneck but nothing too crazy. The system should work just fine once everything is installed correctly

there would only be a slight CPU bottleneck but:

From what ive seen the rx 6700 (non xt) isnt any faster than the rx 6600xt or 6650xt. since you are going for 1080p, and quite a lot of the use cases you have given would be able to make use of a better CPU, i'd say look for a 6600xt or 6650xt for cheaper than the 6700 and spend the extra money on a 12400f instead of a 12100f.

A 6600 (non xt) would be quite a bit slower for games but if you find that you would need to drop down to a 6600 to be able to afford a 12400f instead of a 12100f then i would go for that instead.

I found RX 6700 on sale at the same price of 6600 XT.

 

Too much price difference between 12100F and 12400F.

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING A520M-Plus

GPU: ASUS DUAL RX 6700 XT 12GB

RAM: ADATA XPG 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz DDR4

SSD: WD SN570 500GB

PSU: ASUS TUF GAMING 650B 650W 80+ Bronze

Case: ASUS TUF GAMING GT301

 

I want it to run most demanding games at 1080 ultra settings.

 

Is this build decent?

Seems decent

 

But isnt asus usually overpriced asf? You may be able to find b550 at the same price, better psu, maybe even cheaper gpu. But if asus happens to be really cheap and good value over there compared to the competition then theres nothing to improve really

Lol did you even check the prices on these things? Because you are WAY out of your budget (like 7500TL liras). A series chipsets are waste of money, that case, PSU and RAM choice is not a budget choice, its the dumb bling choice.

get a b550 board

6750 Xt is litreally 10$ more but better (compared to this asus one it is cheaper)

 

RAM And PSU and case are you really trying a budget build? 

 

 Why 500 Gb storage only you cant even add more than 2 games with windows get atleast 1Tb (sn750 is a fine drive)

I already own a PSU (Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze).

You are still way out of your own budget.
