Do custom air coolers exist for the 6900 XT?

Don't think there's any custom aircoolers, but there's certainly blocks and stuff for watercooling

There can be but they usually end up worse due to cooling issues with vrms as those normally arent covered.

No need for custom air nor custom water. Just a de-shroud works wonders in most cases. And your card is a great baseline.

 

Just remove the plastic shroud, stock fans, and zip-tie standard size fans that fit nearest to the size of the metal heatsink of the card (3x92mm fans or 2x120mm fans). And get a fan power cable splitter and connect them to the motherboard. Or get a fan hub.
