honestly you should have mentioned what is supposed to bottleneck what at least...

but the real answer is there will *always* be a bottleneck,  but in this scenario you'll be 99% gpu bottlenecked, which is what you want,  if you care about performance at all...

I have a 5600 non X with a 3070ti. Yet to find a game where the CPU is the bottleneck.

at 1440p its okay no problem but maybe bottleneck on cpu.

Seriously! People worry about bottlenecks too much. If anything, it just means the stronger part will still be viable for an upgrade a few years down the line.
