Any idea what this is?

SquiddyButler

Saw this, has a 'hazard' logo next to some of the stuff, and when I tried to update their drivers to see if that was the problem, I got told it couldn't find any.

That's probably your computer, which I'm guessing is named DESKTOP-F8SVMKC. As for the device that's showing a driver issue, no idea. Just think of all the cards/peripherals you have in/attached to the computer and see which ones of those are accounted for and what's left. Then if you figure out what the device is, you can go look for a driver for it on the manufacturer's site. You could also try Windows update to see if that can find it, but it's unlikely if you already tried to find a driver.

go to device manager. it seems like your missing drivers.

OP already said they tried updating the drivers, so whatever the device is, Windows isn't recognizing it or can't find the drivers.

It's probably motherboard drivers. Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website, find your board, download all the latest drivers, and install them all. Or just don't worry about it, since it's probably something you don't need/use, and it's not hurting anything.

Go to device manager > right-click that unknown device > properties > details tab. In the dropdown list select "hardware IDs" and copy the first entry (usually the longest). Paste it in Google and you should  be able to find the device that is causing the warning. In my example:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3EA0&SUBSYS_8549103C&REV_02
Googling this immediately gives me Intel UHD Graphics 620 drivers, so then I can go to the Intel website and look for the right driver.

If you can't find it on the manufacturers website, go to your motherboards support page and look for it there, sometimes manufacturers don't make them public.
