Thermal grizzly 12th gen CPU bracket

So currently my performance cores get upto 85ish-C when using CinebenchR23.2 (I know it's not real world but yeah) I am wondering if a Thermal grizzly CPU bracket would help temperatures much?
Sits around 25-30 while idle.

IMHO such kind of thing only helps if the CPU is constantly thermal throttling.
Which in your case, you are still 15 degrees below thermal limit.
