AM5 Backplate?

That depends on the AIO. Look at the AIO manual.
If the AIO can be mounted using either (AM backplate, or AIO backplate), then feel free to pick one that you want to use.

That depends on the AIO. Look at the AIO manual.

The am5 backplate can't be removed.Any am4 cooler will work as long as it uses the stock backplate.You can go to the manufacturer website and read the owner's manual for the cooler.They all have had am5 updates and most have upgrade kits if the cooler needs extra parts.
