They're all fine. I've got a contact frame and some Thermalright paste that came with it, and temps are perfectly fine with it even when overclocked (though on a custom loop). Assuming they were the same price I'd probably go for MX-4 since it's pretty tried and true (it's usually my go to stuff, I just didn't feel like finding my tube of MX-4 when I installed that water block when I used that Thermalright paste), but realistically they'll all be within 1-2C of each other and not worth a price difference between them, just get what's cheapest.

You really used it ? I tried to apply it and it was like a kisd plasticine, very hard... throwed it away..

Yeah, I used it, and the CPU with a water loop is able to handle it pulling upwards of 400W when overclocked (at 100C, but still). Mine wasn't hard, it was about the same consistency as MX-4, so keep that in mind.

Wait WHAT 400W ??? what CPU is that ? and 100c ??

13700K, with a very aggressive overclock (5.6GHz P cores, 4.5GHz E cores) on a custom loop with a thick 360mm radiator. The 400W figure is in extreme torture tests like Prime95 and OCCT, and it takes a couple minutes for the temps to get to 100C. I can get a screen shot of it if you want.

Intel CPUs have been able to do 300w+ with ease for generations now. Heck even my old x5690 was able to get there. 400w is not all that unreasonable. Todays newer generation of clockers just aren’t used to those numbers. Which is partially why many complain about high temps. Silence and high performance do not go hand in hand.

I also like Thermalright TF7. SYY-157 is really good too.
