Shipping - Does LTT bulk ship or As they go?

Hey All,

Been watching LTT for years but first time jumping on some gear (water bottle/desk pads)

 

Anyway, just wondering as I have my tracking number but it hasn't updated in 7 days (it was purchased 11 days before that)

While I understand that they are busy i thought once the tracking number was provided it would at least move to in transit or something on DHL.

 

So my question is does LTT store send out as they get orders or do they wait for a pallet to be sorted or something then have them ship out?

 

Can't say im in a rush for them but just wondering what kind of turn around are people seeing

Was mentioned in the WAN show a couple of weeks ago that they had been printing batches of labels (too much) in advance which makes you get the tracking number and would try to stop doing that. Have an order where it took about 8 days from label to actual shipping.

They do/did batch printing and they don't send the parcels in the correct order. At least that's what is going on, with the screwdriver (black shaft) orders. They also said that they process and send around 2000 orders/day.
